Previous surgery) Sebbin Integrity 345, left 275, inframammary fold incision
I had my first surgery on December 31, 2024, and had revision surgery on March 21, 2026 at Sway Plastic Surgery. My issues were size differences between both sides, asymmetry of the inframammary folds, bottoming out under the right breast, and scar correction. Honestly, changing the left implant size from 275 to 310 was only one step up, so a lot of people would not even notice it, and I was really debating whether revision surgery was the right choice up until the day of surgery.
So on the day of surgery, I called and said I would not do the surgery... Since it was the day of surgery, they told me to come in and have a consultation, so I met the consultant and said I would go ahead with it.. then a little later I said sorry, I won’t do it.. lol sob I really changed my mind so many times....(I’m sorry)
At the end of the consultation, I met the director, and he said that because only one implant would be replaced, I would be able to return to daily life right away, such as washing my hair, and that the risk of side effects was not high. He also said my scar was not good, and that the bottoming out on the right side was not finished now but would continue to progress, so it would be better to correct it once it started bothering me. I also felt like I would keep being bothered by what I saw in the mirror, so in the end I went ahead with the surgery.
Even in the recovery room before going into surgery, the director personally explained the possible side effects to me again, and seeing him reassure me about responsibility toward the patient and my anxiety really moved me. The consultant also delayed leaving work to take care of me, and I was really grateful and sorry
When I came out after surgery, the area where the scar had been removed hurt a lot. Later, the doctor said the scar was in very poor condition, so the incision had to be extended. Anyway, I was not in major discomfort, so I took the subway home, ate, and rested! After that, I spent the weekend without any particular issues.

The difference looks less noticeable in photos In real life, it was much more visible, and whenever I wore underwear, it always turned like that.
(Now) Only the left side had the implant replaced and additional dissection performed, and the right side only had correction for bottoming out and the scar. So I can feel that the swelling is different on both sides, and the right side does not feel like it had surgery at all. They said recovery would be fast because it was revision surgery, and I really washed my hair the very next day, went to my part-time job, and moved heavy things The doctor also checked my progress today and said the surgery went well as intended, so I felt relieved since I had worried so much before doing it Since I had bottoming out, he told me to wear the compression bra for one more week, but he said people usually wear it for one week and then change to a regular bra! They said I could come in for care several times whenever I have time, so I decided to receive it a few more times before next week’s follow-up I’ll bring a week-2 review too!
