Breast Surgery Reviews

Day 7 review of Motiva Preservé at the clinic!

Pre-op upper body specs: bust 70, rib cage 66, breast pocket width 11.25 cm / Breast position and size were different, I had pectus carinatum, and accessory breasts Surgical method: Motiva Preservé + hybrid / accessory breast removal Implants: Left: Demi 215 / Right: Demi 245 (my breasts were asymmetrical and different in size, so different sizes were inserted)

I had no breasts, and on top of that I had pectus carinatum, so my upper body was just completely flat... I always wore loose clothes that didn’t show my body line and lived while covering my body as much as possible, but as I got older, the sadness kept getting worse because I couldn’t wear the clothes I wanted for my whole life, couldn’t go to swimming pools, and had all sorts of thoughts.. But just in time, I recently found out about a surgery called Preservé, and after spending my whole life only thinking about breast surgery, I thought, this is it, and immediately requested a consultation! And on the day I received the consultation appointment, I felt confident that Director Lee Jun-wook would do a good job, so I booked the surgery that same day haha

The clinic is famous for the director giving detailed consultations, so I went with expectations, but the consultation ended faster than I thought! That’s because before meeting the director, the consultation manager explained all sorts of things in really great detail, and if I asked anything I was curious about, she answered everything. I thought a natural look was important, but since I was getting surgery anyway, I hoped I could at least become around a full B cup. The director measured each part of my upper body with a tape measure and confidently told me that a natural full B cup was possible and would look pretty, so I had nothing more to ask haha. The director is also famous for being good at hybrid fat grafting surgery, but he doesn’t recommend it to everyone. It’s something he does together in cases like mine, where there is no flesh on the upper body or there is pectus carinatum. I had already thought beforehand that with my upper body, I would need a small amount of fat grafting so the implant border wouldn’t show, so I had nothing to ask about that either. The director’s thoughts and my thoughts matched, so I think I just kept nodding along to what he said haha

On the day of surgery, I was so scared and nervous, but after anesthesia, when I opened my eyes, it was really already over quickly, and my body felt much more fine than I expected, so as soon as I got up, I had a glass of water and sweet pumpkin porridge, then went straight home. Am I made for surgery...? Am I recovering fast...? I was getting overconfident, but from the evening of surgery through the next day, it was pretty hard lol The thigh area where I had liposuction was okay, but the breast area had stronger pressure, so it felt quite stuffy. But the director said that conventional breast surgery, not Preservé, is much harder than this, so I thought I made the right choice doing Preservé.. haha

I had surgery on a Saturday, so I couldn’t visit the hospital the next day. I visited on day 2, had the taping removed from my breasts and thighs, had Director Lee Jun-wook check the condition of my breasts, and received one SmartLux treatment and one hyperbaric oxygen treatment. From then on, the breast pain gradually started getting better!

Now on day 7, wearing the upper band is just slightly uncomfortable, and I have no breast pain! I can go about daily life completely fine too~ There is still swelling, so it feels firm, and I’m looking forward to my breast shape becoming even prettier and more natural once the swelling goes down haha
