Liposuction + Breast Fat Grafting Review

I got liposuction on the front, sides, and back + breast fat grafting! It’s almost been 2 weeks now, but the photos are from days 7-10, so I’m writing based on that period.

I had surgery in the afternoon on 4/19 (all the before photos were taken on the morning of surgery!) I was worried until the day before and barely slept that night, but it was better than I expected. I didn’t want a large chest like a C or D cup in the first place, so I told them I wanted to be around a B cup. Since I didn’t have enough fat in my thighs, we decided to take fat from the back flanks too, but I got more and more ambitious lolololol so I also had liposuction on my abdomen, accessory breasts, and pubic area.

Right after surgery, I was really cold, thirsty, and tired, so I just slept straight through, day and night. Other people seemed to have a lot of thigh pain… but my thighs weren’t that painful. (Personally, I didn’t want overly skinny thighs, so I asked them not to take too much from my thighs.) Maybe because I asked them to remove as much as possible from the back flanks, that area was more uncomfortable. I took the prescribed medication and rested for 4-5 days until the weekend, so it wasn’t as hard as I thought. +I recommend buying extra-large dog pee pads and laying them on the bed before sleeping! +For the first few days when fluid was draining, I slept wearing diaper-type sanitary pads. +The fluid from my abdomen stopped completely on day 2, but a little kept coming out from my thighs (buttock side) until day 4, so when going out I needed black clothes + sanitary pad-type care. +The bruising on my breasts and abdomen didn’t last long, but the thigh bruises were darker and took longer to fade.

Before… after repeated dieting and yo-yo weight changes, my upper breasts became hollow, making my already small breasts look even more saggy. But they filled the upper breasts nicely too, so it felt like they looked bigger! Until 2 weeks, my breasts were very firm, and now they’re slowly starting to soften. During the consultation, they recommended stem cells, so I did it with stem cells. The doctor in charge was a bit busy, but always kind, and when I talked about my worries during the consultation, he even showed me his own paper and explained things. I liked that the consultation wasn’t exaggerated with claims like ‘a certain percentage will definitely survive’ or ‘everything will work.’ I was thinking about going to a few more consultations, but I just made the reservation right away.

Now I’m just hoping the hard lumps and swelling go down and that the fat graft takes well hahaha
