I had rhinoplasty 10 years ago in the provinces using Gore-Tex/ear cartilage But as my skin has gradually become thinner, it shows through and gets red, so I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty in Seoul (around Nonhyeon). I had consultations at a total of 3 places (ㅅㅇ, ㅊㅁ, ㅅㅍ). I told them that since I don’t want to have another nose revision after this, I want to avoid inflammation as much as possible and avoid implants. It seems each director has their own preferred method?... but I’m not sure which place would be good.
1. ㅅㅇ Nasal bridge: MegaDerm Nasal tip: autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage + autologous dermis
2. ㅊㅁ Nasal bridge: AlloDerm Nasal tip: autologous costal cartilage + AlloDerm
3. ㅅㅍ Nasal bridge: autologous dermis or silicone Nasal tip: autologous costal cartilage + autologous dermis (They said a little osteotomy would also be needed)
Please give me lots and lots of input.. I need to decide within this week and get surgery
