Lateral canthoplasty was incisional, lower canthoplasty was non-incisional They did it for me because I was going for a natural yet glamorous look, but that excessiveness didn’t suit my eyes at all. It looked pretty in photos, but when I looked in a regular mirror, I looked sad, and it wasn’t pretty even when I smiled, so I only had the lower canthoplasty undone.. It seems like quite a few people have lower canthoplasty reversed because of subtle side effects and shape issues...
