Nose Surgery Reviews

This revision rhinoplasty was truly a definite success!!

I had my nose done 5 years ago, and I had asked for it to look completely natural. I had the thinnest silicone implant for the nasal bridge + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. The doctor suggested using rib cartilage, but I said I didn’t want to(regret) As a result, my nose was short and blunt, the columella looked like it had been cut off, and I didn’t like the shape of my nostrils... This time, when I went for consultations, I said - I want to make my nose longer - I like the area from between the eyebrows to the nasal bridge - I want to lengthen the nasal tip. The columella too. - Improve the nostril shape if possible Other places refused, saying there would barely be any difference🥲 but this clinic said it was possible They also said the bridge needed to be raised slightly, so they suggested replacing the silicone implant. I went to Director Cho Yong-jin because among the review photos, there was a case where the before photo looked almost exactly like my nose, and I really liked that result! I love the surgical result! From the first week, when the splint was removed, the line looked natural and pretty, so I thought it was a success (even though it was still a bit swollen like a bulbous nose) The columella was lengthened well, and the nostril shape improved too! I really hate a sharp, arrow-like nasal tip, but the tip is rounded too, so I’m extremely satisfied The director’s aesthetic sense is great great With my first rhinoplasty, the incision was completely under the nose, so the scar wasn’t visible at all, but this time it’s around the middle of the columella, so the scar is somewhat visible. But that will all disappear later, so
