When I was 19 and didn’t know anything, I went right after finishing the CSAT because my dad’s acquaintance’s daughter had done it there and told me to do it there too. The look I wanted was a high crease, but at the time I just went with the line the director recommended, and in the end it wasn’t bad. My friends also said it looked very natural, and especially the medial epicanthoplasty turned out really well. Even now, if I don’t say anything, no one knows I had double eyelid surgery. But personally, I feel it’s a bit disappointing because it looks too natural. Also, after 1 year it came undone, so I got an AS revision in 2020, and since then it has stayed maintained. I think it’s best to clearly tell them the direction you want during the consultation. The consultants there at the time I went were kind.
