Time has been flying since the surgery ended. I’m already past week 3 and heading into week 4, and the only discomfort I feel in daily life is not being able to eat hard foods. Still, if I cut firm foods like meat or pickled radish into small pieces, I can eat everything. After surgery, I lost about 6-7 kg, but since I’m eating well again, I’ve gained back 2-3 kg. Also, sometimes when I eat, I hear a sound like the muscles splitting? and the muscles under my chin sometimes move on their own. I wonder if these are symptoms that can happen during the recovery process, so I’m going to watch it a bit longer. The biggest change is the square jawline in my side profile. Before, I had a somewhat angular jaw, but now there’s almost no angle under my ears, and the volume in my lower face has decreased, so my face feels smaller. Once the swelling goes down more, I’ll come back with another review.
