Revision Rhinoplasty With Paranasal Augmentation

I’m 2 weeks post-op after revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage and paranasal augmentation! Now that it’s definitely week 2, I feel like the overall swelling in my face has mostly gone down. My nose still has some swelling from the front and at a 45-degree angle, but from the side it doesn’t look very obvious, so I like that! I have a small nose, so I wasn’t too greedy about height, but right now the height is just moderately high, which I like 🥰 Especially from the front!! That’s what I’m most satisfied with. My columella is definitely there now It’s honestly so fascinating and I’m satisfied. When I had my consultation, I mentioned several times that the columella was my top priority, so maybe that’s why, but it really came down to the position I wanted, and I’m so happy. Maybe because the paranasal augmentation was also done with autologous costal cartilage, there’s no foreign-body sensation, and my nasolabial folds have clearly softened too! Maybe because the folds are gone, I think it also makes me look a bit younger!! Since it was a revision surgery, I was very worried, but they took good care of me too, so overall I’m very satisfied!❤
