First of all, I really liked the front view of my nose, but from the side it looked a little droopy, so I had surgery without an implant, just slightly shaving down the hump and raising the nasal tip with septal cartilage! But the front view became really not pretty.. so I had it removed.. Should I have placed even a thin layer of silicone?
