I’m concerned that my philtrum is long, so I’ve been looking into various options. My nose currently has a bit of an upturned-nose feel, and someone said that if, during rhinoplasty, the columella? I think that’s what it’s called, is brought downward, it can have the effect of making the philtrum look shorter.. I really don’t think I can do philtrum reduction because of the scarring, but could working on the nose alone be sufficiently effective??
