Would it look really strange if only the nasal tip stays high and the nasal bridge gets lower? Do you recommend removing only the silicone inserted in the nasal bridge while leaving the nasal tip as it is?? There is 5 mm silicone in the nasal bridge, and septal cartilage in the nasal tip, but I’m planning to remove only the nasal bridge implant without removing both!!! Has anyone here done this??
