I hesitated because nose surgery seemed too scary and I’d heard it was a risky surgery, so I got HIKO instead. They insert threads and fill in the areas that are lacking with filler. I could go about daily life right after getting it, and even when I went to work the very next day, it looked natural enough that people were like, “Something seems different, but what changed?” They said the nose could spread after about 2 years, and while the bridge that had been defined has definitely loosened a lot, I don’t think the severe hump has gone back to how it was before.
