I’ve always tended to have a lot of fat on my face, and it’s now been 3 weeks since I had double chin liposuction. When I watched YouTube videos or read liposuction reviews, people seemed to have a defined line right after liposuction, but until week 2, it still looked like I had a double chin, so I was worried. But starting from week 3, I can visibly see the line tightening and lifting. I want the swelling to go down quickly so I can check the results. Now at week 3, the jawline under my ears is coming back, and there is still swelling in the central double chin area. From right after surgery, I had no pain at all and not much bruising, so from day 3 after surgery, if I wore a mask and covered my lower face, no one around me could tell I had surgery. There are no lumps, and I think the surgery was done cleanly and well, so I’m satisfied. I think my swelling is going down a bit slowly, so I can’t say the final results are fully out yet, but overall I’m satisfied. I went for aftercare at week 1 and week 2, but they only did something like a simple regenerative laser treatment and didn’t do radiofrequency, so that part was disappointing.
