This was my third nose surgery, and I’m finally settling at a clinic! In the past, as the swelling went down, my nasal tip dropped too, so I was really depressed.. But now, maybe because autologous costal cartilage was used, my nasal tip is staying high and well maintained without even the slightest drooping! My columella felt a bit flat, but Director Kim Hyun-joo projected the columella as much as possible too. It feels sturdy and stable, so I think I can finally be done with nose surgery for real. I was worried it might look obvious, but it has exactly the refined look I wanted, so I’m really glad I had my final revision rhinoplasty done at this clinic!
