Nose Surgery Reviews

Review of Be The New Clinic (formerly Conopi Clinic) in a community

The consultation proceeded in the order of CT - consultant - director - consultant. The consultant was very kind, but honestly, she did not seem extremely professional. The consultation with the director was short, about 5 minutes, and he looked very tired. He came in, just said that the surgery could be done like this and that, and then left. He was neither extremely kind nor unfriendly; it was just a brief consultation and then it ended. Also, during the director’s consultation, there was no separate mention of it, but during the final consultation with the consultant, she told me to have deviated septum surgery and rhinitis surgery together, saying that it would all be covered by indemnity insurance anyway... Since there had been no separate mention of it during the director’s consultation, I wondered, is it really okay to do that..? When I had consultations at other hospitals, there was no mention of deviated septum surgery or rhinitis surgery, so I asked, and instead I was told that I did not need deviated septum surgery. There was pressure to book on the same day for a discount, so it felt a bit burdensome. The discount was quite large, but I think the more it is a revision surgery, the more carefully you need to decide. It actually made me feel resistant, so I excluded it from my final candidates.
