When I had facial contouring cheekbone surgery before, I only had my cheekbones done with double fixation, but it barely showed, so I’m thinking of doing it again. People around me had no idea I’d had surgery and said they couldn’t tell what had changed at all. Even to me, it doesn’t look noticeable, so since I’m getting revision surgery, I’m thinking of doing the square jaw at the same time and making it a two-part contouring surgery. Is there a big difference between double fixation and triple fixation for cheekbones? I’m looking at clinics like those kinds of places, but I’m asking because I wonder if fixation strength becomes important if they shave a bit more.
