Everyone, this isn’t a serious post.. I’m just curious. I had implant-free nasal tip surgery with septal extension and ear cartilage grafted on top, and this time I’m going to remove the ear cartilage and either release the septal extension and change it to a support strut, or refine it while leaving the extension in place. But is this removal or revision surgery…? I’m seriously so confused. Even if you remove silicone or an implant and leave the support strut, isn’t it usually called complete removal..? Then what am I..? Partial removal?!? Revision surgery!!?? What is it?!??
