I went a few times because it was nearby, but it was truly a mess. The front desk staff were unfriendly, and during treatments in the treatment room, they kept chatting privately so much that they would stop what they were doing, talk for a long time, then start again, over and over. When I was moving to have my procedure, they suddenly opened the door even though the person before me had not even finished their hair removal treatment, so I saw something I did not need to see. They sent that person out as if pushing them out, and I had my procedure lying on a bed that had not even been cleaned up. The doctor just explained the procedure as if reading from a book, like they had memorized it, and then immediately proceeded. After the laser procedure, acne actually broke out like crazy on the treated area, so I went back, but they just told me to get a mask pack and leave..
