First of all, all the staff members are kind, so you feel good as soon as you first walk into the clinic! The consultant is kind, and the director is kind too! Most of all, during the consultation with the director, I liked that they reflected the client’s needs well rather than just the director’s preferred aesthetic, and they marked out several possible lines. Even when I asked several questions, they answered everything kindly, so I was able to have the consultation comfortably. So I put down a deposit on the same day! Also, they gave me two heat/cold packs and even provided pumpkin juice, so I thought their aftercare was well organized.
