I had severe pseudoptosis and a wide glabella, so I got double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty. Other clinics recommended eye shape correction or a forehead lift, but this place didn’t try to bundle in extra procedures, and even though it’s a clinic famous for revision surgery, the price was the cheapest. The doctor also seemed to pursue a natural look, and since it’s a one-doctor clinic specializing in eyes, I thought there wouldn’t be functional problems if I had it done here, so I went ahead. The consultation wasn’t exactly very detailed or friendly.
The surgery really went well. The doctor even told me my eyes had become twice as big and said they didn’t know they would get this much bigger. I especially like that the epicanthoplasty wasn’t excessive and opened up just the right amount. I’m also satisfied because the double eyelid line turned out well as a high-starting in-line crease, similar to the photo I brought in. But as time passes, the line may become too thin and turn into monolids.. It’s not perfectly symmetrical either. Still, the before-and-after difference is big, so I am satisfied. There is some incisional scarring, but the epicanthoplasty scar is not very noticeable. I also liked that they extracted the milia that appeared during aftercare and did a swelling laser treatment.
I’m moderately satisfied, but I don’t know about other cases. Search a lot online and visit consultations in person before deciding.
