There were a lot of very helpful informational videos on YouTube, so I tried getting a consultation once, but it seems a bit hard to book a consultation. The earliest was 3 months later, and the waiting time at the clinic was about 20 minutes. When the director came in, he said he was sorry for making me wait so long, but it felt like just lip service, and the line he suggested felt somewhat ambiguous. But most of the staff seem kind. Also, when I asked a lot of questions, rather than giving definite answers, he just talked about the pros and cons of surgery and didn't clearly tell me what would be good to do or how, so that was a little disappointing
