I paid for 10 sessions of full-face hair removal with GentleMax Pro Plus and came back. I really liked the staff's kindness and the consultation with the consultation manager. There was no excessive sales pressure at all, and for the parts I declined, they didn't recommend them again or try to steer me into them. I liked that there was no pushing or encouraging additional procedures at all. The facilities were pleasant, and even though it was just a simple hair removal procedure, I was satisfied that I could receive it in a private room. I liked that even without having to say anything, they removed hair from localized areas like the eyebrows, eyelids, and around the eyes. Even though it's a factory-style clinic, they said that once one doctor is assigned (though I can't choose myself), that doctor usually won't change until all 10 sessions are used, so I liked that point too. I think it's been about 2 weeks since the procedure, and the fine facial hair has definitely decreased, while the thick hairs are steadily shedding, so I'm clearly seeing results. However, during the pre-consultation, they asked about my hair removal procedure history and number of sessions, so I told them, but during the procedure, the doctor asked me one more time. It seems it wasn't passed along. There may be system-related reasons, and I understand because it's a simple procedure and not very important information, but people who need to be careful should probably tell the doctor once more right before the procedure, even if they already mentioned it during the consultation.
