I went in really nervous because I’d heard that when you go for a consultation, the directors are often busy and may just take a quick look or pressure you. But once I actually met the director, the atmosphere was so comfortable that I wondered if I’d been scared for no reason. I had a lot of questions, so I prepared more than 10 questions in my notes, and the director answered each one in detail without showing even the slightest sign of being bothered, which really moved me. Especially when they explained the principle of how the line should be designed for my eye condition so it wouldn’t come undone and would look natural, it was really easy to understand. Throughout the consultation, I liked that it felt like they were focusing only on me and taking care of me, and the consultant also explained only the parts that were necessary for me in a straightforward way without pressuring me to book at all, so I was able to have the consultation without feeling burdened.
