I visited on a weekday, and the clinic was small and quiet. I paid the 10,000 won consultation fee first, took photos with my eyes open and looking upward, waited, and then went in for the consultation. The director spoke quietly and calmly, and was kind. After I closed my eyes, he lifted my eyelids to check the amount of excess, then told me the direction of the surgery. Because of scarring, excision seems to be basic. I think you need to prepare questions in advance so the consultation does not feel lacking. He did not say everything was possible unconditionally, and he honestly told me about parts that could be a little disappointing.
