During the consultation, they said they would take responsibility for aftercare and scar care until the end, but after the surgery, they said the scar-care schedule was fully booked until next month. So when I asked them to please contact me if an opening came up, they said they couldn’t do that and told the patient to check every time on their own lol I didn’t want to fight, so I said okay, and the next day I asked on KakaoTalk if there were any openings, but they read it and ignored me. After spending 3 million won, seriously lololol They said aftercare is important for mouth corners, but aftercare service? I’m not sure
