The doctor was kind, and at other places they said I needed eye-correction surgery, but here they said I didn’t need it. That made me trust them more because it felt like they weren’t over-treating me, and they really tried to listen to what I had to say. They kept asking whether there was anything else I wanted to say or any questions I had, so it was easy to speak up. And I liked that they spoke with empathy toward the patient! They also found a line that suited me well, and overall I liked everything!!
