I visited for removal of nasal foreign material. I heard that the consultation manager has now left, but at the time, she was really kind and felt very humane, so I felt comfortable during the consultation. The director was much sweeter than I expected, explained things thoroughly, and I could clearly feel his expertise and sense of responsibility, so I was able to trust him with the surgery itself. Overall, I was satisfied with the procedure process and the director’s response.
But among the operating room nurses, the assisting nurse was a bit disappointing. Overall, her hand movements were too rough, and her manner of responding felt unfriendly, so I think I took it more sensitively in that tense situation. From a patient’s perspective, you are already anxious before and after surgery, so it would have been better if there had been just a little more consideration in that area.
