The worst clinic I’ve been to so far. They treat patients like easy targets. I got lip filler and Botox, and my mouth became duck-like, I couldn’t pronounce words properly, and I couldn’t open my mouth, so I endured it for 2 weeks and went in for a follow-up. The doctor’s attitude was that it’s normally like that after Botox, and that my protruding mouth after lip filler was my own problem. They said lips like mine can make the mouth look protruded haha. I had said my need was to increase the horizontal width, but my mouth just kept being pulled inward, so the horizontal width looks even shorter. Something like a nodule formed in the middle of my lower lip after the filler, so after the follow-up I asked about dissolving the filler, but the staff blocked my calls. I submitted an important request through Gangnam Unni and requested compensation for the dissolving cost due to the clinic’s unilateral refusal, but I was told that they had already checked my progress once and that partial refunds are not possible under the clinic’s policy. It’s possible to be dissatisfied with a procedure, and patients should be able to communicate with the doctor, but a doctor and clinic that refuse even that itself are extremely unethical. It was an incredibly absurd and unpleasant experience.
