I'm planning revision surgery for a bulbous nose, so I'm looking into clinics that use rib cartilage. I thought autologous rib cartilage might be better than donated rib cartilage, so I did some searching in that direction. But they say that no matter what material is used for surgery, how well the body accepts it is a matter of luck..ㅜㅜ Leaving aside scars and recovery, if I only think about safety, is autologous rib cartilage really the better option? Also, I got clinic recommendations for autologous rib cartilage, but where are ㄷㄷㅇ and ㄷㅇ, which are famous for rib cartilage surgery..? I added ㅋㅇ to my original list, so I'm looking at ㅇㅂㅅ, ㄹㅅㅌ, ㅇㅇ, and ㅋㅇ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
