The hospital facilities were generally clean, and they explained the same content that appeared on YouTube. Even when I had questions and wanted to ask, there was no chance to interject. I asked about parts I didn't understand, but the response was basically, "I've already explained everything, so if you don't understand, there's nothing I can do," which was a bit absurd. If you don't care much about the design and want to conservatively raise your nose just slightly, and want safe, natural-looking rhinoplasty, I would recommend it. I think the director's philosophy of building a solid foundation is good, but the cost is extremely expensive.
