Dite Plastic Surgery breast pre-review

Hello! It has been 3 weeks since I had breast augmentation at Dite Plastic Surgery. I had been thinking about surgery since last year, but even after consultations at several hospitals, I could not feel certain, so I was conflicted. Then I learned about the Preserve procedure, and among the two well-known places, I felt more trust in Dite, so I went for a consultation. What I was most satisfied with during the consultation was that they recommended implants that fit my body type exactly, rather than an excessive size, and since the doctor had worked at a university hospital, the surgery itself and the postoperative care process were carried out in a way that made me feel confident. My body type is as follows: 70A (even an A cup bra has empty space), pigeon chest, firm skin/tissue, asymmetrical breasts, thin but with belly fat. I preferred something not too large, just appropriately natural, and since the doctor also aims for natural-looking results, we proceeded with 165 cc on the left and 180 cc on the right. They said it would be about a full B size when wearing underwear. Additionally, I had hybrid augmentation and abdominal liposuction done together.

[Week 1] <Breasts> It was right after surgery, and even though I am on the thin side, I was satisfied because at first glance the shape came out really natural. It was exactly a pretty breast shape, and the upper fullness felt like just swelling, so I thought that once the swelling went down and the shape settled, my breasts would definitely look even more natural and pretty. When I did not have breasts, I did not know, but after actually having surgery, I did feel a little regret, wondering if I should have gone a bit bigger. The feel was softer than I expected. Maybe because I did hybrid augmentation as well, there was less of a square look than I had expected, and it did not look obviously operated on.

<Abdominal liposuction> During week 1, my abdomen was really swollen. Some breast swelling also moved downward, and there was also the effect of abdominal liposuction. I think you can imagine it as feeling like right after childbirth. After surgery, when moving, I felt the abdominal pain more strongly than the breast pain.

[Week 3] - Current Compared with week 1, they have softened a lot and look more natural. More than half of the upper fullness has gone down, and even when I wear slim-fit clothes, there is no obvious sign of surgery and it looks natural. (I only increased the size to about the level of wearing a padded bra before, so apparently no one around me noticed...) And until right after surgery, I regretted not going bigger, but now I really think I made the right choice with this size. During the consultation, the doctor said the criterion for checking breast size was to make sure it would not be larger than my hips, and now I understand why he recommended it that way. It is so natural and feels completely like my own breasts. I do not even remember what I looked like before surgery... The feel has improved a lot compared with week 1, but it still does not feel very soft to the touch yet, so I think I need to wait and give it time.

<Abdominal liposuction> After the swelling went down, the lines became noticeably visible from week 2. Even though I am on the thin side, I always had belly fat, so only my waist area was tight. But now even XS has extra room at the waist... It is so fascinating. From the back, my waist goes in very slim and narrow like Seolhyun's. They say abdominal liposuction takes 3 months to fully settle, but already the waistline is coming out this defined and tucked in... so my satisfaction is really high. It becomes a complete S-line. It is a surgery I am as satisfied with as my breasts, so if you have the budget, I think it would be good to add it while you are already having surgery.

To summarize my overall review, I would like to recommend Director Lee Jin-wook at Dite Plastic Surgery to people like me who prefer natural-looking breasts and people who prioritize safety. I am already so satisfied that I wonder why I did not do it sooner. The staff at Dite Plastic Surgery are also very kind, and even when I ask questions before going to the hospital, they explain everything in great detail. I was also very satisfied with how conservatively they managed my condition as a patient. Since they are thorough with postoperative care, I think the results will be even better. After a little more time passes, I will also post reviews at 2 and 3 months.
