Review of first double eyelid surgery + secondary canthoplasty at Dress Plastic Surgery

I originally had double eyelids, but the symmetry on both sides didn’t match, so it was something that kept bothering me. It showed even more every time I took photos, which was stressful, and there was a limit to correcting it with makeup, so I decided to have surgery. My goal was to even out the symmetry while making the line look clearer. I had already had an epicanthoplasty once before, but I barely saw any effect, so this time I had it done together as a revision surgery. During the consultation, they said they would aim for a naturally refreshed look rather than an overly opened look, so I went with that direction. Overall, there was no pressure, so I was able to have the consultation comfortably. Swelling and bruising were minimal, so I was able to return to daily life quickly, and the aftercare wasn’t very difficult either. As time passes, the line feels like it is settling more and more naturally. The line came out clean, and the left-right symmetry matches well, so the parts that used to bother me have almost disappeared. My eyes also feel more defined when I open them, and the epicanthoplasty was opened just enough without overcorrection, giving a natural look that doesn’t feel excessive. The downside is that there is a bit of waiting... Still, if you’re like me and are bothered by asymmetry, I think it’s worth putting up with and going for a consultation.
