After facial contouring surgery, everyone says I lost weight lol

Hello! It has already been 3 months since I had square jaw surgery with Dr. Oh Jeong-seok.. haha When I first decided to have surgery, I was really scared and had so many worries, but I’m so moved that time has already passed like this and I’m even writing a review! Before surgery, it was always a huge complex of mine that my face looked angular from the sides.. Every time I looked in the mirror, I only saw my jaw area, and whenever I took photos, I was busy editing them. Hiding it with my hair every day was also so stressful, so I finally made a big decision and decided to get square jaw surgery! The biggest change after surgery is that I barely worry about my face shape anymore! Before, I used to get so stressed about my jawline when doing my makeup or tying my hair up, but these days, even when I just leave things however, my facial line looks neat, so I’m really happy. I guess looking in the mirror has definitely become more enjoyable..? haha The recovery process was a little hard at first, but it was amazing to actually see the swelling go down so much day by day! Every morning when I woke up, I would think, “Oh, it’s gone down more than yesterday?” and I think I got through it by having fun taking photos. Opening my mouth gradually became more comfortable too, and now that it’s been about 3 months, I’m living my everyday life with no problems at all and feeling really satisfied! The reactions around me have been seriously amazing. Every time my friends see me, they say, “Why did you lose so much weight?” or “Somehow your face looks really cleanly refined!” It doesn’t look obvious that I had surgery, but hearing that I’ve become prettier makes my satisfaction level seriously the highest It honestly makes me feel like the time I spent worrying was a waste! Since I’m a student, I was worried about the cost and I was scared, but now I’m so grateful that I got such a pretty line.. All the staff were kind and took good care of me, so I think I recovered well! If anyone is thinking about it, I’d honestly recommend it! haha I’ll end my 3-month review here!!
