Can nostrils be this uneven..? The columella is also protruding to the left At 2 weeks, I had only the silicone removed early because of inflammation, and the septal support and the septal cartilage used to build up the nasal tip are still in place. I feel like I’m going crazy because of the uneven nostrils. Right now it’s at least taped up so it doesn’t show much, but once the stitches are removed, I feel like my mental state is going to get seriously awful
