While looking for a way to have surgery without an implant, I learned about implant-free surgery. I heard that it avoids the side effects that can occur when using an implant, so I decided to have surgery with this method. When I asked women who had already had the surgery, they said it was definitely possible, and I also got recommendations for hospitals that are good at this. I made a reservation through the official KakaoTalk account. Before going, I studied on my own a bit about what implant-free surgery is. I went to the consultation by train and subway. If you are coming up from outside the area or using a car, there may be traffic, so I recommend allowing plenty of time for your consultation appointment. Since I took the subway, there was no traffic. The director’s consultation was neat and focused, pointing out exactly what was necessary. Because the director recommends only what the patient needs and does not suggest unnecessary procedures first, I had the surgery according to the plan the director proposed. The surgery was done without an implant, but the nasal tip was raised using donated costal cartilage. Maybe because the director has long experience and has handled many noses, they knew the line that suited my nose best even without me saying it. For those who find plastic surgery difficult, or those who are scared because it is their first time having plastic surgery, I recommend this plastic surgery clinic. First of all, the staff are kind, so the barrier to entry feels low. Not only the consultation, but every step including surgery and treatment is carried out kindly and carefully. Another advantage was that they provided swelling laser treatment as aftercare. I think it is a good hospital.
