Eye surgery with such a clear change that I’m very satisfied!!

It was my first double eyelid surgery, so I had a lot of worries, and since I hadn’t really gone around to many consultations, I was even more conflicted. Still, I think choosing Top Tier Plastic Surgery was truly an excellent decision. I originally liked my eye shape itself, so I wanted to keep that feeling while creating a slightly more glamorous and thicker double eyelid line. I didn’t have much interest in epicanthoplasty. But at other clinics, rather than properly understanding my needs, they focused only on epicanthoplasty, saying that because the area between my eyes was wide and my epicanthal folds were severe, I absolutely needed a strong epicanthoplasty, which was disappointing. On the other hand, Director Cho Yong-jin accurately assessed the condition of my eyes and explained it to me, so I trusted him much more. I had only thought my eyes were drooping because I had been using double eyelid tape, but he told me that in fact I was the type with insufficient fat in the upper eyelids, so fat grafting could also be considered. He said that while I did have epicanthal folds, rather than strongly recommending epicanthoplasty, doing just a very small amount would likely be enough to make the semi-out line I wanted come out beautifully, so I felt that he respected my needs. Along with a detailed explanation of my eyes, he suggested ways to improve them while maintaining the direction I wanted, which greatly increased my trust. The price was honestly a bit burdensome, but I went ahead because I trusted him. He also honestly told me that if incision and fat grafting are done together, the line retention is definitely better, but doing both at the same time for a first double eyelid surgery could feel burdensome. I also liked that he told me it was true that because my eyes had little fat, there was a possibility that the non-incisional method could come undone, and that I should think it over carefully. Most of all, I really liked the line he designed for me. I could feel that he had a good aesthetic sense, and I wanted the front part of the line not to look too lifted, but to be slightly open for a refreshing look, and I think he caught that exactly. I could feel his confidence and certainty about the surgery, so I trusted him even more. Now it looks so natural that people around me can’t even tell I had double eyelid surgery, but the change is clear, so I’m very satisfied. It’s also so convenient not having to put on double eyelid tape every morning. The epicanthoplasty also turned out very natural and well, so I really think I made the right choice. Even if it comes undone later, I’m so satisfied that I’d want to have it done again by Director Cho Yong-jin!
