Review of deviated septum and autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty

My rhinitis was really severe. In particular, my left nostril was almost completely blocked. My nose was also short and low, so from the front, my nostrils looked upturned. People around me said that if I was going to have functional nose surgery, I should do the cosmetic part together too, so I had a consultation at a clinic and got the surgery together. I had septoplasty, rhinitis surgery, and autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty together. The deviated septum and rhinitis were also covered by indemnity insurance. After 3 months passed, breathing through my nose became really comfortable. And the line of my nose itself also settled naturally, and the upturned look of my nasal tip improved a lot. Even from the front, my nostrils are not very visible, and from the side, the height looks just right. I think I made the right choice doing the functional and cosmetic parts at the same time. I didn’t know breathing without nasal congestion could feel this good.
