The “top 3” or “top 5”? I’ve been reading a lot of reviews I’m wondering if there are any places I should avoid I had my first surgery around 2010, and maybe the silicone shifted slightly because I could see an indentation. In 2025, I had the silicone removed and had implant-free surgery using septal cartilage, but maybe because my skin is too thin, the cartilage at the nasal tip shows through, and it’s driving me crazy I can’t trust the clinic that did the surgery to do the removal… When I had my revision, I begged them to just please do it safely… (They’re suggesting lowering the septal cartilage a bit and adding dermis, but I can’t trust them…) It’s such a waste of money Still, I feel like if I do it at a removal clinic, this could be the last time What is happening I’m so upset, I feel like I’m going to develop a mental illness I want to remove everything, septal cartilage and all, you know? I should have done removal instead of a revision I seriously can’t believe I even had septal cartilage built up Septal cartilage is uncomfortable Please share some information. For now, I’ve booked consultations at two places that seem to be getting popular these days… Also, my natural nose originally didn’t have much flesh, was slim, and had a nasal bridge, so I’m okay if my nose becomes lower and looks wider after removal! But I really hate the idea of my nose looking upturned. I just hope my nose doesn’t get pulled upward Let’s all have successful surgeries and live with peace of mind Healthy and worry-free

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 4 It’s day 2 after total nose implant removal. Is it normal for the splint to lift?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 4 Review of consultations for nose implant removal
