As I got older, my eyes gradually started to droop, so I ended up opening them with my forehead muscles, which led to wrinkles. I decided I needed revision double eyelid surgery, visited 5 places for consultations, and then chose Director Lee Han-byeol at Iting Plastic Surgery. The consultation was really the longest and the most detailed. It didn’t feel like they were telling me to do everything no matter what; they honestly told me things like, “This would be good to do, but this one isn’t necessarily needed,” so I trusted them. And since they use fixed pricing, I also liked that I didn’t have to feel suspicious about the cost. After surgery, the major swelling lasted about 2 weeks, and after that it felt like it slowly went down. After that, it was just a matter of time; as the minor swelling gradually subsided, it became more and more natural, and from then on my satisfaction started to go up. At first the scar felt a bit raised, so I was slightly worried, but the clinic kept checking and managing it, so now it’s almost unnoticeable. I definitely liked that they paid attention even to postoperative care. What I like most now is: I don’t use my forehead when opening my eyes. My eyes look clear even without double eyelid tape. I look a little younger. For people who use their forehead when opening their eyes = I recommend not thinking only about double eyelid surgery, but also considering a forehead lift together.
