Silicone removal just 2 weeks after rhinoplasty

Ah, I’m honestly so upset and having such a hard time. My natural nose was low, wide, and bulbous, so 2 weeks ago I went all the way from the provinces to Seoul to get surgery. Even after the splint was removed, I was satisfied, but suddenly starting two days ago, my nasal bridge looked wider than it did at the 1-week mark, and I also had pain like bruising. So I went to the hospital without an appointment and asked them to check if it was a blood collection, but they said it was inflammation and that it would probably be best to remove the silicone, let the tissue recover, and have revision surgery after 6 months... So I only had the silicone removed. Since the inflammation developed and I had it removed almost right away, I hope there won’t be any major problems, but I’m so scared that I might develop contracture or a step-off. My nasal tip was raised only with septal cartilage... Will the step-off be severe? My natural nose had thick skin and didn’t stretch well, so they couldn’t raise it a lot, and they said my bridge was very low, so they had inserted 5 mm silicone... If anyone has experience, please give me advice I keep searching through this community, and since there seem to be many people who remove silicone later, I keep thinking that when revision surgery becomes possible, I’d like to just refine the step-off at the nasal tip or fill the step-off only with dermis I don’t want silicone inserted... I regret not looking into it more and thinking more carefully before having surgery...
