If anyone is struggling because of their nose like I was, definitely go to Miho. My first surgery failed, and I even had revision surgery to fix the crookedness, but the crookedness stayed the same and only scar tissue built up all over, so my nasal tip ended up looking pinched. My whole impression really changed, to the point that every time I looked in the mirror I felt disgusted with myself.
Thinking this would truly be my last time, I searched like crazy only for hospitals said to specialize in difficult revision surgeries, and went to see Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho.. During the consultation, as soon as the director looked at my nose, he immediately saw right through the problems. When I said I wanted to fix my pinched nose, he said that if we simply widened it, the nose could become blunt and look like a bulbous nose, and that getting that subtle balance right was the most important thing. He explained everything so thoroughly and realistically that I felt it wouldn’t fail if I did it here, so I decided right away.
Also, my rhinitis was really severe, so while doing this revision surgery, I also had functional rhinoplasty done. I was a little worried because autologous costal cartilage was used, but thankfully the hospital carefully handled the aftercare for the autologous costal cartilage scar too, so the scar healed well! I’ve now graduated from revision surgery. I won’t get greedy anymore, and I’m going to live with this nose for the rest of my life
