I visited two places for consultations and I’m debating. One place has a lot of experience with MegaDerm + ear cartilage, so I want to go there, but I’m concerned because of the MegaDerm… (plastic surgery clinic) The other place would use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal bridge and tip, and since they specialize in rib cartilage, they said they crush/dice it before using it!!
