Barabon, Real Review About 4 Months After 3-Way Canthoplasty

Hello, I’m going to write a real review of a procedure I paid for myself.

Reason I got it done: About 2 years ago, when I had revision double-eyelid surgery at another hospital, they said posterior and lower canthoplasty were also possible (other hospitals had all turned me away saying there was no space), so I went into it with high hopes. The double-eyelid line turned out pretty and well, but as time passed, the area where I had the posterior and lower canthoplasty felt like it was gradually lifting back up and reattaching? Other people said they couldn’t really tell, but you all know, right? The kind of thing only you can see clearly on your own eyes. Anyway, then I came in for revision rhinoplasty and thought I might do my eyes at the same time, so I asked, but unfortunately they said they only do noses. But they said there was a place that was good at posterior and lower canthoplasty, so I got a recommendation and came here. I had the consultation that same day and had surgery right away. (Since I’m from Busan... I ended up doing it while I was in Seoul...) Since I was going to have to do it anyway, I trusted them and went ahead with it.

Somehow the intro got really long, but anyway, what made me trust them the most was that I first had a consultation with the director, who explained my current eye condition and the surgical method, and then after that I talked with the consultant about the price and scheduling system? Also, the director really pointed out only the exact parts that were necessary. He didn’t push anything excessive, and he felt honest, so I trusted him a lot.

For eyes like mine, other hospitals all seemed reluctant and said it would be difficult, but this was really the only place where I didn’t get that feeling, which is also why I had surgery the same day.

Pros - My eyes used to turn up a bit and look sharp? but as they were lowered, my impression became softer, which I really liked - Doing eye makeup became more fun, and my eyes look more open and refreshed - Taking photos is fun

Cons - There isn’t anything particularly uncomfortable, but if I had to choose, since my eyes suddenly got bigger, they feel slightly cold/dry? when the wind blows. But my mindset is that this much is worth enduring to become prettier, so it’s okay.

Personally, I’m really, truly, genuinely satisfied. Because I had honestly almost given up, but this was the only place that coolly and confidently told me there was space and that it was possible, and I’m really grateful.

I really think this place is a holy grail for posterior and lower canthoplasty. If you have eyes like mine, or if you were told it was impossible at another hospital, I think it would be okay to at least get a consultation here. I recommend it!!
