It’s been about 1 year and 3 months since I had facial contouring at a clinic. I had two procedures: cheekbone reduction and square jaw reduction. My facial width has decreased a lot, so I’m satisfied with the results themselves. I had triple fixation, so there are a lot of pins inside, and I think that’s why the fixation held well. The issue is pin removal. The doctor said I don’t need to remove them if there aren’t any particular problems, but I still feel a bit uneasy about it. So I’m thinking about removing them in advance, even if there’s no problem. But the swelling from pin removal doesn’t seem easy either For everyone who had facial contouring about a year ago, did you remove your pins? Or are you planning to? I’m curious whether removing the pins causes any problems with the face. My line is just right now, so I’m worried something might go wrong
