First of all, the reactions from people around me were that it turned out naturally well, they couldn’t tell I had anything done, etc. If you want a nose that clearly looks like you had a flashy nose surgery, I don’t recommend doing it here. I felt that the director and I had a similar aesthetic preference, so I went ahead with it here. However, the part I’m disappointed about is that my concern actually wasn’t my nose, but the wide space between my eyebrows, and that’s why I decided to get nose surgery. From the side, it improved a lot, but the area between my eyebrows still looks wide, so I’m feeling disappointed about that. I’ll only know the final result once more swelling goes down and the nasal contour becomes visible. For now, to talk about my nose, I basically had some nasal bridge height, but my forehead protruded and I had a hump, which made the area between my eyebrows look even lower. Right now, I’m only thinking, should I try a revision surgery at the same hospital? I’m curious whether there are other people who think the same way as me. For materials, they used septal cartilage to build up the nasal tip, and artificial dermis (Megaderm) for the nasal bridge.
