Nose Re-Surgery

Is this enough to consider revision surgery?

I removed the silicone, had the nasal tip cartilage repositioned, and had donated dermis (MegaDerm) placed, but the nasal tip is pointy, the cartilage shows through from the front, and a step-off has formed on the nasal bridge; My skin was originally thin, and I think it got even thinner during surgery. Personally, I don’t need anything else. I just wish the tip had a slightly rounder shape What would everyone do? 1. Just live with it as it is 2. Get an AS/touch-up at the original clinic. (The original clinic said they wouldn’t do anything major, just slightly trim the cartilage grafted in the nasal tip and place MegaDerm again) - under 1 million KRW 3. Get revision surgery at another clinic (lowering the septal support, filling the step-off, etc.) - over 5 million KRW
