Overall, the consultation and service were very kind, so I felt comfortable from my first visit. The staff explained everything carefully one by one and answered my questions in detail, which made me trust them. However, regarding the square jaw Botox procedure, I was disappointed because I did not feel the effect was as strong as I had expected. I thought there would be changes over time, but there was not much of a noticeable difference, so my satisfaction was somewhat low. Nevertheless, I remember the overall service and atmosphere as a good experience.
