Breast surgery in my 30s

Since my 20s, I had only been worrying about how clothes looked on me because my chest area looked empty, but once I reached my 30s, I decided to have surgery thinking of it as a gift to myself. After going around to several places for consultations, I chose SM Plastic Surgery. I liked that they suggested a natural volume suited to my shoulder width and rib cage size rather than unconditional enlargement. Right after surgery, I had a heavy feeling of pressure along with pain like severe muscle soreness, and especially during the first 3 to 4 days, my arm range of motion was limited, so it was a bit uncomfortable. I had breast surgery and abdominal liposuction together, and surprisingly there was almost no bruising on the chest area. Bruising from the liposuction appeared mostly only on my abdomen. In week 1, I was worried because the swelling made the size look excessive, but after 2 to 3 weeks, the swelling went down and it settled into exactly the natural shape I had wanted. Now at one month, the feel has become much softer, and above all, even when I just wear a basic T-shirt, the fit of my clothes is completely different, so my satisfaction is very high. If you are considering surgery in your 30s, I would recommend it even more because it is a time when you can find a balance that suits your body type rather than simply following trends. If you want a natural change, I think it is definitely a worthwhile choice.
