It’s been one month since my breast surgery at Design in Busan! I’m now at the one-month mark after breast surgery~ Sometimes I feel nothing to the point that I forget I even had surgery. It’s not completely comfortable yet, but I think it’s really nice that there’s no constant pain. The texture still feels firm on the upper part because the swelling hasn’t fully gone down yet, but compared with the early post-op period, it feels much softer. The shape is gradually settling in too! Of course I’m applying scar ointment, and I personally think applying a capsule-care cream is really important. Since early capsule formation is important, even if it’s a little bothersome, I recommend it if you want everything to settle beautifully and stably. For aftercare, I started the radiofrequency treatment they provide. Since it was almost the first time anyone had touched my breasts after surgery, it hurt a little because of the unfamiliar sensation, but after it was done, my breasts definitely felt much more comfortable. Because they managed it directly by hand, it felt like even the inner areas of the breasts were being properly cared for. They moved it around like gua sha, and when I seemed to be in a bit of pain, they said they would do it as gently as possible, and they checked everything carefully haha I also received fractional laser treatment for the scars, and it definitely hurt, but afterward it seemed like the scars were getting lighter. I hope they become more natural soon! Before, my small breasts were a complex, so I would sometimes hunch my body for no reason, but now I walk around with my shoulders fully straightened. Even when wearing a sports bra, I think, wow, clothes can fit this nicely, so I want to graduate from sports bras soon and wear pretty lingerie… Before, I insisted on wearing loose, baggy clothes, but now I’m happy that I can wear fitted T-shirts confidently too haha Right now I just want the remaining swelling to go down quickly and the texture to become soft! But since time will take care of everything, I’m going to keep consistently managing the scars and applying the cream.
